Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche zuvorkommende Servicepersonal. Die Lounge auf dem Dach ist ein Traum mit herrlicher Aussicht über den Bodensee. Das Hotel kann ich nur sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt am Bodensee

Schönes kleineres Hotel oberhalb des Bodensees. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und gemütlich (günstigste Zimmervariante), Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker. Von der Dachterrase hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Bodensee. Leider sehen die Kissen der Loungemöbel schon sehr mitgenommen aus. Schade! Der Barkeeper ist sehr nett und kompetent und serviert schnell das gewünschte Getränk. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und hoffen, dass die Kissen dann ersetzt wurden.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Trotz der ganzen Corona vorschriften, hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei. Für Hundefreunde fand ich es etwas schade, der Hund wurde akzeptiert und man musste für ihn mit bezahlen, leider fehlte uns persönlich der Napf im Zimmer oder das man ihn mit zum Frühstück nehmen kann. Vielleicht auch eine kleine Wiese wo man sich auch aufhalten kann mit Hund.

Leider hat das Hotel offensichtlich 2 Kategorien Gäste, solche mit und solche ohne Halbpension. Wir gehörten zur zweiten Gruppe, da wir über Internet gar keine Wahl hatten für HP. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste zweiter Klasse! So durften wir unser Frühstück nur in der Weinstube einnehmen, während die HP-Gäste fest zugeteilte Tische im Hotelbereich hatten. Das Personal war mit 1 Ausnahme (junges nettes Mädchen) nicht besonders freundlich, wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Als wir abends nur ein Getränk wollten, wurden wir unwirsch abgewiesen. Wir werden bestimmt nicht wieder kommen und das Hotel auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
