"I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when traveling to Winston‑Salem, but it had been several years since my last visit. Unfortunately, my stay this past weekend was very disappointing. The service was not friendly, the property was dirty, and the breakfast was poor—to the point that it made me sick for the entire day. The price was far too high for the quality and condition of the hotel. Additionally, the green areas in the back were in very bad shape. Overall, the experience was nothing like what I remembered. I will not be staying here again."

"Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel room needs major updating or fixing. The walls were all marked up with scuff marks, holes in the curtains. The bed was horrible and gave me back pains. Bathroom shower was terrible, the head needs to be replaced. Did not eat breakfast there so I can't say if that was good or not. "

Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here."
