I’ve already booked my room for April. They are in a great location from downtown. Rooms are clean, the A/C is cold, and linens are clean. "

"This was a great alternative to College Station which was overbooked and three times higher for one night. We found the small-town atmosphere a bonus as well. The breakfast was only cereal, muffins, or waffles but that was fine too. It was a Saturday morning and we weren't needing much. It was a good stay and we will stay there again."

"It is a beautiful property. We barely saw the owners however. I actually never even met him or her. I only saw some workers. There was nothing offered for us to do or anything shown to us on the property. There is a fire pit but there was no one to light it. "The staff was very helpful with us. After a request for an AC filter change, the front desk lady came and noticed our room had a slight smell, so she moved us to another room on her own merit. That's great customer service. The older lady in charge of the breakfast was amazing. She really puts her heart and soul into the food she prepares. It was a great stay, we will definitely come back again!"
