I had to send back the dinner, the chicken was smelling of fish, clealry hygiene issues in the kitchen. Very shocking that the gas flame in the kitchen is always on full blast, even when not being used - health hazard as well eco hazard. I travel a lot for both work and leisure. I can honestly this was one of my favorite hotels, ever that i've staying in. It made my stay in Mumbai so memorable, from the rooms, and impecabbleservice in every department of the hotel. Already planning my trip again to stay at your property. Wow!
