"A nice peaceful spot to rest and relax"

"Not very good. The proximity to the beach was nice. About a 7m walk. This property is nothing to write home about. Air conditioner was loud, buttons were missing or broken, no comforter on beds, just sheets. Had to ask for more toilet paper and an extra blanket and was provided with 2 duvet covers. Pool was not usable due to chemical imbalance etc. We were told to walk down the road 2m to their other property to use their pool. Was able to use on our last day. Kids were a bit disappointed....

"Overall the stay was great. Yes the room is small but we still fit 3 adults with 2 kids. The amenities helped out because the pool and kids play area are caged, so I for one could actually relax without worrying my toddler and baby were going to run out. Another great thing was it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach and to stores. So really you just park and don't need to drive anywhere after that. My family deff enjoyed it and will be back again. "The only elevator was out of order. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The citronella lemongrass soap was pungent and unpleasant. Did not want to smell like a bug repellent candle at the funeral I had come to town for. The conditioner made my hair feel like a rat's nest. The continental breakfast was ok. The salt water pool was small but ok. The room wasn't cleaned properly and damp come morning. Did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. My husband saw hair on the...

"Food good"

"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"Was good value overall - hot breakfast was decent, fitness room was unavailable due to maintenance and the pool looked pretty small but it was clean and the price was reasonable compared to others in the area. It was conveniently located."

"I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great...

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "

"The staff was helpful and nice and stay was good overall For the management there, the chair in the room where the bunk bed was, was ripped and stained but functional and the Queen bed in our room was a double but they told us it was a queen , we have a queen at home and that was definitely a double bed I think some of the furniture was dated and should be replaced to make guests feel more comfortable in the room"
