"Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room."

"Great hot breakfast options. Short walk to Warwick Castle. Helpful staff."

"Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

"Lively pub. Spacious and very clean room and great breakfast. Would definitely return."

"Good location for central Warwick. Some rooms are in a separate building facing the square, close the the pub. The building is clean and safe but there is some noise from the main square."

"Lovely hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms. And the pool and spa were great."
