It was okay. The room was clean, I booked a room some weeks ago, but I was surprised when I got there and they didn't have a room allocated and scrambled to find a vacant room so a bit disorganised. The outside structure of where I stayed needed some desperate TLC. But quite satisfied with my room.
Fabulous surroundings. Staff helped our disabled child with breakfast and accommodated him with food items that weren’t on the dinner menu. Enjoyed the indoor pool but had to pay extra. Rooms clean and good powerful shower. Would recommend.
Don’t be fooled by the title on Spa, it could be fantastic as location is great.
It’s tired and grubby, outside not maintained with paint on windows flaking and doors don’t shut. Also my shower had no running water. 20 mins to put 4 inches of water in a bath because of the 50 holes in shower head only 6 had water coming out.
Also charge extra for use of facilities. Typical of an OYO hotel. Never again

Unfortunately our room (in the old part of the hotel complex) didn’t have hot water, the Aircon didn’t work, the breakfast buffet was, for many components, cold. We were the first at breakfast, so maybe the hot plates hadn’t heated up the food yet.
The staff when we arrived, and for dinner, were very helpful, less so in the morning.
I have stayed at the same hotel previously, it is doubtful we’ll stay there again.

I felt I was slightly misled by the photos. It led you to believe that the old house was the main hotel, with bar and dining room. In fact except for rooms nothing in this part of the house was in use.
Our suite was in fact in the old house and it was a good size and the bathroom was clean with a good heated towel rail. However the furnishings were tired and a bit grubby, the windows outside were filthy and there was a wasp/bee nest in the eves and we found a few dead ones on our floor.
The old building is amazing and it’s such a shame that it obviously needs a lot spending on it to restore it.
The modern part of the hotel had a nice bar and dining room. Breakfast was good for a buffet breakfast. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant as reviews and guest comments put us off.
The outside of the modern section is also in need of some maintenance
Beautiful area and very nice restaurant and I hope that they finish the main building which would be magnificent

Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good.
Had historic room but was up two flights of stairs and no lift. Restaurant meant a walk outside. Weather was good but would be a problem if not.
Breakfast was £13. Was ok.
Pool was £12 per day which we did not know until we arrived.
Plenty of parking and lovely grounds.
Some parts greatly in need of refurbishment.

The location is stunning . The room was ok apart from the bathroom smelled.
Some of the improvements were ok .
When you order a £35 pound ribeye a steak knife should be placed on the table
Would have liked some ketchup, nobody to ask same for breakfast.disappointed that they don’t except cash .
Drinks are overpriced & if your serving Guinness put it in a Guinness glass & fill it to the top not a 3” head.
Would I stay again YES definitely.
It’s nice staying somewhere where you’re not worrying if your vans safe.
The rooms are very clean however the beds are not as comfortable as you would expect for this type of establishment. The staff was very friendly however the restaurant was very understaffed and the food was mediocre for the price. Nice place to stay but would not use the restaurants.
Room was not in the main old building which is prominently shown on advertisement. Parking was good. Very quite, need a car to travel to surrounding areas and attractions.
Efficient but not particularly warm welcome. Breakfast is not included so I can’t comment on that. £12 charge to use pool and gym was pretty steep so I can’t comment on that either. Bed was comfortable. Room was pretty soulless and the tea & coffee making facilities were perfunctory- no biscuits or complimentary water. Barman was very good. Probably a good venue for a conference or work event but I wouldn’t rush back
