"Our twin room and shower room with toiletries were clean and spacious. Parking until midday at hotel a real bonus. 11am checkout and late breakfast availability were great after a night out. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, the included breakfast buffet was plentiful and good quality, served in a pleasant dining room. The area is quiet but 10 minute walk to Utilita arena and nice canal area with restaurants and pubs."

"Minuses - Bathroom very basic. Dark hair on the bathroom floor, when we arrived. No drawers to store anything, for a Superior Room, it would be helpful. Housekeeping needs to be reviewed. Plusses - Reception staff very helpful."

"Nice hotel. Great location. Easy check in. Friendly reception staff. We were given a disabled room (not disabled) but great sized bathroom. A shame the dove soap by one of the sinks was watered down. Disappointing for a 4 star. Good choice at breakfast. Staff a bit keen on clearing our table. Still had full cups of coffee and juice. Returned after collecting more food and our table had been cleared. We were lucky no one sat in our seats. Overall a good stay and would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Village Hotel Solihull! The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the facilities are excellent. The location is fantastic and very convenient, and the large amount of parking available is a real bonus. The kids really enjoyed the stay too, which made it even more enjoyable for us. Overall, a great hotel and a lovely experience - we would definitely stay again!"
