Fantastic overnight stay. Used the golf range, swimming pool, bar, restaurant for dinner and breakfast. EV charging points were a pleasant surprise and no hassle to get on one and easy to use! Everything was well worth staying here. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Good amenities, with tea coffee and biscuits too. Will happily return, plan to play 18 holes next time. Would recommend family and friends to stay here as great location for Warwick Castle as only 10 mins away.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Leamington Spa, where we were attending family wedding, and because it had air-conditioning. The extensive (and well-subscribed) health club facilities (for which we were not charged an additional fee) and the helpful staff were bonuses. Downsides were spotty internet and television, meh food, and an-room refrigerator with an apparently coldest setting that could best be described as room temperature. While the hotel rooms seem to be an afterthought when compared to the health club facilities, we enjoyed our stay. Not quite excellent, but better than good.

Only a one night stay. Wishing it was for longer. Excellent and friendly staff across all areas of the hotel - always looking to help. Gym, golf, pool and spa facilities exemplary. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The position of the hotel and the views were amazing. The golf course was also great and well maintained. Service in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. At breakfast time some juices and food items had run out and had not been replaced even though the restaurant was not really busy. The pool was very good and the new outside pool will be a bonus.

The staff and facilities were excellent and we will stay again. The only issue was in restaurant, the food was very good when we eventually received it. Some guests became so tired of waiting they asked for a refund: we assume there are not enough staff in the kitchen??

Took out 11 year old, but no on told us the hours that kids can go in the pool. They gave us towels and then told us to leave 2 minutes later because kids were not allowed at that time. Then in the morning no one seemed to know when kids were allowed in as were given 3 different times by different people. The rooms were very clean and well kept but had no body wash, only shampoo for the shower. There was a lack of communication about opening and closing times including for food. The impression I got was this hotel is geared up for the country club members la and the guests were secondary and if you have kids, well they were an inconvenience.
