"I really enjoyed the stay. Great facility’s, easy to access to near by facilities such as the NEC. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Tom in the front desk upgraded us to an aircon room at no extra cost due to the extreme weather. For future trips I will happily return. I also found the bar to be relatively cheap for soft drinks."

"Very reasonably priced and comfortable night's sleep before early departure from Birmingham Airport although the food is typicall bar food if maybe a little on the expensive side. Rooms very clean if somewhat dated."
