"Had a mini break for my birthday weekend. Great service and amenities. Only thing I didnt like was that my room had an ejoining door and the other guest tried to knock/open twice...if you have those rooms they should ne for large occupancy guests."

"We were made very welcome on arrival and because it was our wedding anniversary, we were given a voucher for complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is central meaning we could walk from the hotel in a matter of minutes. It was everything we wanted for the purpose of our visit to Birmingham."

"Fabulous surroundings. Staff helped our disabled child with breakfast and accommodated him with food items that weren’t on the dinner menu. Enjoyed the indoor pool but had to pay extra. Rooms clean and good powerful shower. Would recommend."

"Room was very clean short stocked sugar tea coffee shower body and shampoo bottles empty lucky we bought our own bar drinks very expensive closes to early especially on a Saturday night breakfast was excellent great variety of food very tasty staff where very helpful in the breakfast room not all reception staff where helpful one guy did stand out just did not get is name"
