"It’s in nice grounds, well kept and clean. Rooms are mostly suitable for families as they have bunk beds as well. Basic but clean and bed was comfy. Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly."

"Fantastic value. Lovely staff. Room spacious with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Only marked down on facilities as we didn't use any :) Beautiful grounds, great for a walk. Plenty of parking too. We were in the area for the British Motor Museum so great location!"

"Great hotel with ideal location especially with the convenience of the trams. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. One thing that did not please, we had a 2 night stay and reported that the coffee machine in the room was faulty on the first night but despite being told it would be looked at it never was replaced/fixed."

"One of the elevators was out of service during my stay, resulting in wait times of more than 10 minutes for both check-in and elevator service. This was particularly inconvenient when arriving with luggage and when coming and going from the 9th floor. Despite this issue, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, providing a pleasant space to relax. However, the bed was quite firm, which may not suit guests who prefer a softer mattress, and the room did not include a refrigerator, making it less convenient for storing drinks or snacks. Unfortunately, the bar and restaurant were also closed throughout my stay, which was disappointing and limited the available on-site dining options."

"We only stayed a brief night while attending a show in the NEC but I was very impressed by the hotel, it's deco, cleanliness and staff were all excellent. For the price I paid it was excellent value for money, will definitely stay again if I'm in the area."
