"When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. "Excellent stay at the Radisson. Wasn’t great communication prior to our arrival however we was able to check in early to our room free of charge. Room very spacious and comfortable bed. Swimming pool with Hot tub and Sauna all included within the room price! "
