Wonderful clean hotel, walkable from most areas. Very comfortable beds, fast wifi, and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and omelette station. Room service menu was on point (especially the cheeseburger). Laundry was fast and excellent care. Only thing not a "10" was the reception. A few calls were never answered.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Probably the best sauna I’ve experienced in a Polish hotel. Everything was excellent—nothing to complain about. As an added bonus, there’s convenient street parking available right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was nice and the location is convenient. However I find most of the staff rude. I don’t say all of them, but 80% of them. I greeted them with Good Evening and the answer was Yes?! Sofitel supposed to be a five star hotel, I felt more welcomed in hostels. The team at the restaurant didn’t speak English, but pretended. I assume they were students. I don’t think I’ll go back or offer this hotel to partners. However I would like to highlight the team at the bar, they were lovely. I ended up having dinner there and they were very kind and welcoming.
