When I arrived in Warsaw and contacted the hotel to check in, they said they couldn't check in, and recommended another place. It wasn't even the location I wanted, and I couldn't trust them anymore. One-sided day cancellation completely ruined my trip.
Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2024
