"Clean and tidy room, good breakfast, not crowded when we stayed (April 8). Overall very good service. However at 10:38 someone started knocking the door of my room. It was cleaning staff. They opened it despite me being in the room with 2 keys from it. I told that I’m planning to stay until 11 AM which is my check-out time. It repeated second time in 5 minutes. I believe the rest of the parties rooms were fine however my room was on the second floor. We we had suitcases to carry to the second floor, large mother of the bride dresses with a large hat box and accessories. "The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. However dont go with any expectation of self catering, minimal facilities which dont include a basic toaster and less than adequate utensils. It appears there’s an assumption that you will eat at the restaurant which looks incredible but quite costly if there for evening meal and breakfast!"

"On the whole it was a very enjoyable birthday weekend for myself and my wife. One small comment to make is on the Saturday night we opted for the buffet as opposed to the à la carte. The choice and quality weren’t the best but ok, only then to find out when the time came to pay that the costs were the same for the buffet as they were for the à la carte! Bit naughty really. "
