"Ubon itself has taken a hit from the closure due to co-vid. This place was nicely kept up despite obvious lack of business recently. Nicer than others I visited nearby. Little too well lit at night. "The hotel's strong point is its location, straight across from the excellent night food market, city Museum, shrine and a 7-Eleven. The tourist office is a 5 minute walk away.
The rooms were clean enough and overall I enjoyed my stay, largely because of the view from my balcony and the location.
Sadly though, the hotel is in a state of decay with both of the rooms that I looked at needing general maintenance.
Windows didn't close properly, lights didn't work, balcony door had no working...

"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom.
The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair.
The staff is friendly and efficient.
A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk.
The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use.
