"The state of the drive into the accommodation is dreadfully potholed and needs to be graded. The facility itself was freezing. We had a soiled roll of toilet paper as our spare roll in our room. I tried to contact a staff member to get it changed but no one answered my many rings down at reception either that afternoon or the following morning. We had a lot of difficulty with the heating in the room. We tried to open the window to air the room but that wasn’t possible - it appeared stuck and...

"Staff, location right on river, unit was excellent . "

"All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there. It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd. I would not like to be arriving at night and having to find the entrance! If there was one thing i would have liked, it...

"We loved our stay in the glamping pod with ensuite. The overall ambience and fireplace near bbq was so beautiful. We enjoyed every second at this holiday park. This park deserves 5 stars from me."

"Family friendly, good service and impressive site and location. Some maintenance issues that need to be addressed in the building."

"It was a wonderful room that was family friendly, enough room for parents to have their own space and kids separate. The property was wonderful, very family friendly in mind, with a fairy garden, chickens and a cubby house for the kids to play with plenty of room for them to run around in. Room was clean and nicely soundproof. Staff were so welcoming and lovely"

"A cost efficient stay with every thing we needed"

"The accommodation was lovely. Clean, warm and thoughtful with the milk, oj bread and condiments. It is in walking distance of everything we wanted. A lovely weekend away in Healesville."

"Cabin was clean, bed comfortable, quiet location."

"Friendly service and lovely setting "

"Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

"Rooms were very quite. Close to shops and easy walking distance."

"Booked 2 rooms at this resort on Expedia. Requested connecting rooms. Reached the resort late evening and was given rooms next to other but not connected. Room 1 with 2 single beds , a bathroom with nice separate shower and Tub. Separate Living room with great view. 2nd room was a kind bed, Accessible Bathroom. DISGUSTING with stains and hair. No separate shower just a curtain. We complained the front desk and the manager was polite enough to disinfect the bathroom. But it felt like staying...
