"The eggs an turkey sausage at breakfast were terrible. Had to make do with cereal, fruit and prepackaged muffins. Hotel itself was good. Large suite with cooktop, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and keurig."

"Clean friendly and quiet"

"The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean enough. but the floor was dusty. I still don't get why Americans wear shoes in the room. There was also an already drunk water bottle in the fridge. The price was great for the room. We got a room in the courtyard, not the one near the ocean. The TV screen was big. The room in general was well equipped and maintained. The AC was new. The ice machine was in a walking distance."

"RIGHT ON THE BEACH, CLEAN ROOMS (GOOD PAINT AND FLOORS)"

"A small but very clean and well maintained motel. Comfortable beds and quiet HVAC. Close to casual food options."

"looks a little rough on the outside but very cute and clean inside! AC was great and walkable to the beach!"

"Great location, convenient to beach access, extremely clean breakfast area and the food was awesome"

"“Water view” is misleading - I assumed we were in the back overlooking the sound. No. We saw the parking lot, the 4 lane road, then a sliver of water. The blinds in our room do not cover the entire window edge to edge. Coffee maker- no cups. No soap in the dispenser at the sink."

"We had an excellent stay. The proprietors were amazingly warm and went above and beyond for us guests. The house was delightful, welcoming and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, especially those apple bread pudding / crumble / pies."

"Clean rooms, no bad odors and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. The hotel is on the beach. That was a plus."

"Nothing fancy but a fun place to stay next to the ocean"
