"The only issue is their Lift (Elevator) they have 3 Lifts but 2 are not working at the time I stayed 6/26-6/23. My room is in the 17th floor, I had to wait 5-8 minutes to used the Lift. But other than that, It’s a walking distance to the Hysan Place, Sogo, Time Square, the famous Bakehouse. Transportations are close by, mtr, bus stations, trams. Over all. I would stay here again!"

"This place was extremely clean and the staff was attentive at every call. We unfortunately got a bit under the weather and the staff was able to attend to us 3am very quickly. My wife and I got massages and it was amazing. The location was perfect for my early morning runs. The gym had just enough to continue to stay active."

"We returned to this Holiday Inn Express because of its excellent location! Vivian greeted us and checked us in promptly, we were drenched from the rain and she was helpful getting us one of our rooms earlier so we could dry off. Even with the rainy and humid temps, the room temperature was maintained cool enough during our stay. Love how close we were to Times Square for great shopping, food and easy access to all public transit."
