"The location was amazing. If you are looking for something close to fisherman's wharf, this is great. There is a bus stop right outside, and the bus takes you to the wharf (and back) quickly. The neighborhood seemed safe. Parking was limited, but I did get a spot, and there were cameras and lights on the cars. The room itself was very large - we had 2 beds a couch, desk / chair and tv, and there was a lot of floor space."

"I stayed @ this property because of free parking and closeness to where I was going in SF. The room was very old. It was as clean as you can get old. Rusty curtain rod & other features. Paint old so can't get walls door jams clean. Double bed extremely uncomfortable. I didn't need to use heat or AC but unit looked quite old. You can hear the traffic on Lombard but mostly like white noise. I couldn't get TV to work but my connection on phone worked fine."

"San Francisco is busy in June with World Cup, International Travelers and everyone wanting to capture moments in the city before the temperatures drop to freezing: summer in the city! I had to book a room last minute to attend an awards ceremony for my work and The Greenwich Inn had a couple good rooms left at a great price. My room was upstairs but near the front part of the eastern portion of the hotel. My room was clean, quiet and perfect for my stay. I had a good view of the street and sky which let in some natural light which is always welcome. The manager on duty was quite nice and forthcoming with information about the hotel and options during my stay. The hotel is near 3 major bus routes and near the Marina and Cow Hollow which offer a varied selection of independent and chain stores and restaurants and bars. The hotel also has parking for the rooms, you just need to let them know that you have a car. It is first come first serve and there aren't enough spots for everyone but there are nearby parking garages that you pay by phone. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the city."
