"Rooms were clean and included a very nice kitchen facility. The one missing item was Kleenex or equivalent tissues. It was a rainy evening, and the noise of traffic on a wet road was quite loud, albeit acting as white noise for getting to sleep. The staff was great. "

"It was very noisy with poor soundproofing; you could hear staff knocking on the next door throughout the entire corridor. The bed sheets weren't very clean, but the front desk staff were super nice."

"The check in person informed me that my 3night stay will not qualify for any points in my IHG membership, because I booked my stay on Expedia and not through IHG directly! This is totally unacceptable! Also I wanted to renew my IHG Ambassador membership and was tod no need to renew as the membership has no renewal option and is not necessary to renew, the benefits keep going! IHGis this correct? This sure makes me want to just drop my IHG membership….. "

"It was a good stay, clean, no complaints about the room or staff. One issue for me is the coffee situation. And this won’t affect some people, but I personally love to wake up and drink a cup of coffee before brushing my teeth, or my hai, or Before doing much of anything, and they don’t offer coffee in the room. You must go down to the lobby for their scheduled times. I found this extremely irritating. Also the A/C / heating unit is obnoxiously large and loud. But over all. Good. "
