"Very central to all tourist spots. Restaurants very expensive around the area including the restaurant inside the hotel. Easy to get Uber and walkable to Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli and trolley. Kinda pricey but rooms are spacious. Fridge and coffee available in the room. Will try other hotels next time."
"We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s. "
"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, with easy walk through the broad spectrum of Divisadero cuisines and and access to Golden Gate Park.

"I reserved 2 rooms for 6 persons but when I checked in she said I 1 room with 2 queen bed and they can provide complimentary roll in bed. So the room end up so tight for 6 people and the roll in bed barely fit 2 people."
