"Front desk staff was more than lack lustre and had to bring attention to them using the bell while they stood in the room we could see them in. The woman told us their 6am shuttle was booked so we’d have to take the 630am one which would have made us miss our flight so we had to get an uber. Other than that we weren’t there long enough to utilize anything."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"Once again the staff were lovely and actually remembered us from last month’s visit. The room was adequate but air conditioning was not great and the beds are so hard I ended up with a major back ache. Had to call maintenance for new batteries for the tv remote but other than that the night was fine. It’s convenient and priced right for a stay prior to my husband’s surgery today."
