"1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly.
2. The room was too small for the price.
3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory.
4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy.
5. The breakfast options were limited. "
"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:
Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean.
Negative:
They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
"My stay at this property was better than expected. The room was comfortable, the area is very convenient with many walkable options, and then breakfast was great. The staff helped with every need and they were friendly and kind. I really recommend staying here for a budget friendly option in Mumbai. The only thing I would say is that it’s a little noisy around the area but not at all times. "
"The bathrooms need renovating but other than that, good location, big rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast and great stay. Bathrooms decent but could do with some renovating. "

Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai
10/10 Excellent
"From the moment I arrived, The Trident made me feel like a valued guest. The elegant rooms, stunning skyline views, and thoughtful touches created a sense of comfort and luxury.
Breakfast was superb which was fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented. The staff are the true highlight: attentive, courteous, and always going the extra mile, from housekeeping to concierge.
The location is perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful inside. With immaculate facilities like the pool, spa, and gym, The Trident is an oasis of sophistication in Mumbai. I’d return in a heartbeat."
"Terrible experience. The mattress provided by the hotel staff was infested with roaches, which was absolutely unacceptable. The elevator button for the 8th floor was not functioning, forcing us to go to the 9th floor and carry our heavy luggage down the staircase every single time. Despite our struggles, no staff member offered any assistance. Additionally, there were no bathmats in the washroom, and when we asked, the staff suggested using towels as a substitute, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
