"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived in our room, there was no hand soap in the bathroom and we had to ask for it. Plastic bags were always folded over the wastebaskets and needed to be inserted by the guest or ignored. It was impossible to reach the front desk. One of the three phones in our room did not work. Calling from one of the other ones, the phone line was always busy. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel grille based on the posted menu. Once we were seated, we were told that the menu was different. There were only small plates of bar food available. We decided to eat elsewhere. Nonetheless, our stay was overall good. Since we had gone to see the Tall Ships sail through Boston Harbor, it was a perfect place to be."
