"Very disappointing breakfast experience at Four Points by Sheraton Wakefield. The selection was extremely limited and well below the standard I expect from a Sheraton property. Several basic items were missing, including nuts for the cereal. The bagels were stale rather than fresh, and the fruit also appeared old and not fresh. "My room was clean but very old. There was rust in the tub where the water comes out, the conditioner bottle was broken, so there was no way to access that. We were told the shuttle would run every 15 minutes. I called to have it come pick us up at the train station and it did not show up for 45 minutes despite me calling after 30 minutes of waiting. There are no benches or place to sit while waiting for the shuttle at the train station and when you have to wait that long, it’s tiring I can’t...

"Great staff. Location in Seaport District was walking distance to everything. Parking was a beating as hotel doesn’t own lot and you have to pay a third party $60 to park for the night. Hotel room was comfy and clean."
