"The room I stayed in wasn’t very clean but I had driven in from Ft Worth for a funeral and was very tired. I made sure the sheets were clean and decided I could stay. "Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and concerned about needs of guests."

"Too small, no chair. Could only sit on bed. Very quiet and safe. Way too expensive for a little smoking room. I don’t smoke but the lady said that’s all they had. She was just saving non smoking rooms for people who refuse to stay in a smoking room."

"My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!"

"Everything was amazing except the bed. It was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have experienced. Everything else made up for it, just noting this as it would have made this a 10/10 rating. "Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!"

"Clean and friendly staff"

"The first room: AC would not cool the room. It would operate for about 2-3 minutes and then cycle off for ~ 10 minutes, while the room was in the 80s and the unit was set for 73 (would not go lower). Bathroom had long hairs in the shower and sink. And...there were bed bugs. Mattress had blood stains and obvious tracks from other infestations. Second room: Bathroom had large cracked tiles, long term stained and worn down bath tub / sink. But new matresses! And...AC that did the same thing as...

"It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. "
