Fabulous cottage.

Absolutely amazing place to stay for a few nights. The cottage was perfectly sized for our family of 5, loved the out side space and the fabulous view of the beach. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. We will be going back!

Great apartment a few hundred yards from the beach. Lovely sea view from our apartment. Very clean and well presented with everything we needed for a short break. Good range of food and drink in the pub downstairs but nice and quiet in the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Warm and comfortable stay.

Warm and comfortable stay. Friendly staff and lovely restaurant. Apartment well equipped and very dog friendly. Beds very comfy. Very quiet and we slept well. Decor tired and needs redecorating as peeling paint in areas and walls marked. Otherwise lovely stay.

Stayed in Apartment 7. Apartment was very clean and in excellent condition, with a great view of the beach. Kitchen had basics sufficient for short stay. Location walking distance to beach. Food in restaurant also very good. Service slow.

Amazing

Away in Cornwall working for a few days. What a wonderful find and extremely good value. Friendly staff, scenic village, clean and quiet little apartment with large TV, so much better than the hotels you normally find on here that put you in their worst out of date rooms . I am reluctant to leave this review as I would like to keep this find a secret, but it was so good I feel they deserve it. Thank you.

Positioned on a very steep hill in polzeath, so goood views but a hard short work to the beach. The propery had all you need and was very clean. Downside is it all needed a small renaovation. Chipped paint saggy sofa etc. If these small areas were attended to it would be sumple 5 out of 5. I imagine for larger family may be under pressure for space but as a couple was perfect. Apartment had coffee machine and capsules, all washing items and, shampoos and all the basics to get you going. Staff throughout the stay were all amazing cant rate them highly enough. The restaurant linked to the apartment looked top notch, however my experiance of the food being served at wrong time and cooked poorley were not for me and would never use it again. However again delt with with the staff above and beyond. As much as the place has a few faults i would stay there again. Simply love Polzeath.

The room needed a good hoover and mop, needs to be painted and loved a little more. We’ve been coming here for years however we wouldn’t come back again unfortunately, the rooms need a refurb.

lean refurbished apartment, great location

Great location for the beach and for visiting the area. Apartment has been refurbished and is very clean. Only negative was weak flow of water in shower - hot but not fast. Comfy bed. Settee fine for 2 but apartment has extra bunks so no comfy seating if you are group of 4. Could do with a coffee table. Well equipped kitchen. Great location to eat at attached restaurant. If you want to eat at local foodie places, book before your holiday. Would stay here again.

fantastic location, staffs very helpful We could feel the springs under the mattress but this was soon rectified with mattress overlay The TV remote doesn’t work unless you hold it close to the TV Shower non existent due to low water pressure Bathroom door kept sticking and at one point thought I was going to be stuck in the bathroom all day All in all I felt this accommodation Was over priced

Nice apartment and great sea views from the pub.

Nice little apartment, just right for the 2 of us. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would only say that I found the settee hard and rough on me skin. Nice bonus having the pub attached, very friendly and I recommend the Chef Chicken Curry. We had a great time and will be back, thank you.
