"We liked the room nice & clean. Bed sleeps very well. The only one thing missing is tiny side table for the left side of bed.. also the floor needs to be fixed. Caught my foot on a lifted piece of flooring. The breakfast station is fine also & clean. cereal & bagel & jam ,peanut butter, even cream cheese, yogourt, apple juice & very good coffee. Does not have lactose free milk like almond milk or oats milk. Very good stay at a very good price. Appreciate it. Thank you"

"Quite a few things that were broken in the room like plugs not secured to the wall or enough plugs in order to operate the amenities in the room"

"Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. "

"Room clean but very outdated. No real communication with staff other than the check in which was average. Breakfast i went in and cold breakfast along with scrambled eggs and waffles. How ever the kitchen staff was seen standing out side kitchen door with latex bloor gloves on smoking a cigarette, then reach to the ground picked something up and toss away. Blue glove on when I went in. Parking adequate. Wouldn't recommend this particular stay"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. They had everything we needed for a very busy and full family wedding weekend, even having a great little crib for our baby to sleep in. Definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing time."

"Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic."

"Nice spacious bright room with King Bed and comfy sofa. Our room was great. We’d like to transplant it to Paris for a perfect pied-a-terre. We enjoyed our Fredericton stay and will go back."

"Nothing good to say. The breakfast was old and cold. The bedroom was disgustingly dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Tv was broken. Cobwebs everywhere. Stuff all over the rugs. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I will never return. They will tell you they are renovating but they told us that 3 years ago when we stayed. We thought we’d give them one more chance but after last night, we will never be back."
