Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel ziet er redelijk goed uit. Leuk dat er ook een restaurant en bar aanwezig was. Alleen wij hadden de kamer voor personen, een appartementje met keuken. Deze is echt gedateerd en niet fris om te verblijven. Voor 1 nacht was het te doen. Maar meubilair moet wcht vervangen worden. De bekleding van de eetstoelen was gescheurd. Bak en feautuils ingezakt. Vloer heeft vlekken, bank heeft vlekken, eettafel was vies. Dw afstandsbediening van tv was kapot, de badkamer was schoon maar ruikt naar urine. Al met al mag er goed gereinigd en is een flinke opknapbeurt nodig
Lovely room, nice food in the restaurant and kettles with tea and coffee in reception that you could take to your room were a big bonus, only stayed 1 night but would happily stay for longer
Schoon hotel.met aardige mensen. Eten is lekker en veelzijdig. Hotelkamer is gedateerd en met 5 personen waarvan een 3 jaar is, zijn 4 bedden echt te weig
Our family booked two nights with this hotel after spending four nights at two other Fletcher hotels in the Netherlands, and we were VERY disappointed!
We arrived to a room that was SIGNIFICANTLY different than the one displayed on EXPEDIA’s site.
When we asked for another room or our money back to use at another hotel, our request was denied and we were offered complimentary drinks.
Being that it was after 7pm, and we had been on the road all day, we had no option but to stay in this horrible room. They were kind enough to provide an adequate room for the second night, however, they refused to refund us the full amount for the first night, and rather offered us a €40 partial refund.
We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with Expedia and sadly, we will no longer be able to use their services after they did not provide the support we needed in this instance. We will also be avoiding the Fletcher family hotels going forward as well.
This experience spoiled our last nights in Europe, and we were hoping this could have been dealt with in a more fair manner.
