This hotel is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and their service was exceptional. The room Was large clean and modern. I especially loved the balcony with the view looking the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to shopping restaurants and bars. 2 steps from the sea. Will definitely stay here again. Azur see you next year.

Lovely hotel, rooms and staff are excellent. Hotel is in a perfect location for shopping or dining options and looks across to Volos harbour. Will always be our first choice when visiting Volos.

Staff was very friendly. Location was fantastic, in the center and near the public car parking lot in the port. My room was modern.

As we were 2 friends staying in the same room we asked for two single bed. As the structure didn’t have any availability they gave us anyways a double bed (fair enough). But they didn’t even bother to prepare the bed with two separate sets of bed sheets and they left this activity to us. This could had been easily done by them considering we arrived for the check in at 11pm! Customer care can be improved

The only issue with this property is that they were unable to cater for people with allergies/intollerances and gluten free options for breakfast. Having said this most hotels in Europe do not offer alternatives as well.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite. Camera stupenda con due ambienti separati da un muro (quindi non proprio due camere separate) ognuno dei quali con il suo tv 50 pollici. A disposizione della camera c’è un room tablet con il quale navigare, fare qualche videogame e scoprire i dintorni. Il bagno è grande con doccia walk in. Materasso comodissimo. La colazione è molto buona e il personale gentile. La struttura si trova in una via laterale a pochi metri dal lungomare, pieno di ristoranti, pasticcerie e bar dove bere un drink e molto ben collegato con la strada che porta alle spiagge del sud. Assolutamente consigliato
