"I had an incredible stay. Estiben took care of all my needs including helping me with my Spanish and arranging for tours. The hiel is very quiet and peaceful with a stunningly beautiful garden and patio. It’s a short walk to the Santa Catalina arch and very close to the entry point for the hike to Cerro de la Cruz. "

"This was a great place to stay! Perfect location and the staff were wonderful. Kelyn helped me the most and she was super sweet and patient even though I pestered her like 100 times lol. She also arranged my transport to and from the airport. The room was very comfortable and the food and rooftop terrace were also great - highly recommend!"

"Excellent location, About 10 minutes away from the city. Great staff Team. It is a container style room with modern accents. We enjoyed the patio with private yacuzzi in each room. Breakfast included was outstanding like a full meal. Great food and drinks with a pool overlooking the two volcanos. We were on business/vacation so we did miss a closet to organize our clothes. But if you are going on vacation you wont need it. Thank you everyone at Elite for making our 6 days memorable. JR "

"Where to begin. My stay was in one of the rooms with an on suite bathroom, most of the rooms in this hotel have shared bathrooms just so you know. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and pillows are exceptional. Everything is kept spotless daily. The hotel is small, but beautiful. There are sitting areas and flowers gardens to delight the eyes. Even one of the terraces you can have your meal on and way off in the distance you can see one of the volcanoes erupting erupting smoke...
