Finca San Cayetano is one of the most beautiful places to stay. The hospitality was next level. The cabin felt cozy, and the view of the volcano was outstanding. The whole experience was memorable. I will definitely come back again in the near future.

Our stay was amazing. The only thing I Will suggest is fixing the entrance roads. For the price and the quality of the place; the entrance should be in better conditions. The staff was amazing! Great customer service and food!

This’s a secluded area in a beautiful coffee plantation within 30 minutes or less of Antigua Guatemala. The cabins are nicely equipped with a stunning view of the fuego volcano where you can see frequent eruptions. Awesome!

Advertised a premium room with a view and stuck is in a no view worst room on the property. Classic bait and switch with overselling premium rooms. Didn't find an amicable resolution offered us 15% discount to come back. No thank you! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Staff needs to be more attentive and friendly. And the horse riding tours need to be more organized. When you arrive to the property to check in, someone should take you to your cabin, and show you the grounds. You are left to fend for yourself and figure it out on your own. They need thicker blankets because it gets cold in the cabin or the option of a portable heater should be put in each room. Our tv wasn’t working and we asked for extra blankets and no one showed up, it was raining so maybe that’s why not sure. Their check out system needs upgrading, it’s pretty tacky that you have to wait for a staff member to come count the pillows, towels, and all things in the room to be sure nothing has been stolen before you leave. Extremely uncomfortable and tacky system! Especially since I’m the kind of person who never takes anything that isn’t mine. It’s just plain rude! They need to come up with a different system. Other than that the cabin is cute. Don’t expect too much privacy though, they have farm workers walking the grounds at all hours 3AM so on … your best bet for privacy unfortunately is to keep your curtains closed which defeats the purpose of having the all glass walls to view the beautiful scenery this Finca offers. Overall it was a nice experience but not sure I’d stay again unless the things mentioned are fixed.
