"I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my stay at Hotel Centurion, particularly concerning the misleading advertisement and subsequent handling of the swimming pool facilities.

"Vi har haft to overnatninger på hotellet og vi synes godt om det. Det eneste vi synes der mangler er engelsk oversættelse i spa området så vi kunne forstå de forskellige sauna’s bedre. Og måske en lidt mere tydlig kommunikation omkring det er med eller uden tøj spa området benyttes. "
