"I was very disappointed with my one-night stay at the Valza Boutique Hotel on October 28th. Based on our experience, the hotel fell short of both "comfort" and "boutique" standards. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service, leaving the stairs as our only option. Since parking was in the lower level, this meant carrying our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The receptionist made no offer to assist, which was particularly disappointing under the circumstances. The...

"Sauber"

"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...

"Such a beautiful hotel and lovely staff! Thank you all"

"I arrived during the off-season so it was relatively quiet, which meant I could choose any room which was unexpected—I stayed in the family room. The view from the balcony is great for breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the breakfast: great homemade jams, bread, a selection of fruit, cheese, and egg with a glass of milk and a cappuccino. The staff were really helpful with providing a laundry service, tips for places to visit, and organising bike rental. It's a great location for walks to...

"Great location on the beach, excellent breakfast"

"Lovely hotel near the beach, staff is friendly. Buffet breakfast included has many options. The steam sauna wasn't working but we enjoyed the dry sauna and also sitting on the rooftop for a drink by the pool. Expedia shows this hotel has no elevator but there is one."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was included and we loved that part. By far the nicest place we stayed while travelling in Albania for 2 weeks. Definitely would stay again. And the availability of being close to other wonderful restaurants was perfect. Favourite thing was the view of the water from our rooms."

"Very nice five night stay in a beautiful family suite. The positives — Gorgeous views of the sea, the city, and the mountains. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. The negatives — Beach service and food choice at the beach was underwhelming and not what I am accustomed to in a luxury beach accommodation. Went to dinner in the hotel the first night and did return. Staff are not properly trained. Our server was pompous. It’s a really bad idea to lecture guests about the quality of...

"I stayed on room 323 Room was not ready when we arrived, all furniture ripped, too old,bad smell room and bathroom Was not showing thesekind of room when I booked on expedia website I told front desk when checked out,"

"Um hotel luxuoso, confortável e com um buffer de café da manhã maravilhoso. Estacionamento no local. Tivemos uma noite de sono tão boa que acordamos quase 10 da manhã. A localização è excelente, bem no centro mas sem barulho ao redor."

"The location was absolutely wonderful. Located on the main strip across from the beach. The staff were very accommodating and the included breakfast was a bonus."

"Lovely property, the room was huge! Breakfast was pretty good. The outside bar and breakfast area was so pretty and was very close to the beach. If we had known how nice it was we would have booked an extra night."

"Personal muy atento y disponible. Buen desayuno"
