"Room was very clean and spacious, hotel staff very helpful. If you are staying in the annexes, be aware that there is no elevator, and in our case, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage (and no assistance). Also, there is no shower, just a tub with a handheld sprayer."

"Friendly welcome and he showed me around and answered all our questions. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it had a nice big shower with warm water. The continental breakfast was awesome. Fresh made breads and meats and a hard boiled egg, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was delivered to our table with great service and a friendly staff. It was close to a few restaurants and as the name suggests, right next door to the Castle Wiltz. We enjoyed the whole experience."

The staff were remarkably attentive and accommodating, and their excellent English made every interaction seamless. The on-site restaurant served phenomenal cuisine, turning each meal into a highlight of our stay. "We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here again."

"The bed was good. The room was definitely funky and tricky to navigate. We didn't realize the room was upstairs, no lift and the 2nd bedroom was up additional treterous stairs. Don't trip on the step going to the bathroom. Only window in the unit was a skylight. If you like funky you will love it."
