"All in all excellent, ticked absoloutely all boxes for our requirements. Needed a "Staging Post" as early check out from holiday accomodation and very late flight time. On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time. "Breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—central and easily walkable to Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Onsite parking was a big plus, and we never had trouble finding a spot. Service was excellent, especially thanks to Petros. But our absolute favourite part? The sweet house dog! "

"Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited"
"Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The Hill restaurant, where we ate breakfast each day, had a stunning view overlooking the old port and the sea, and was a delight to sit at each morning. The breakfast choice and quality was probably the best we’ve ever experienced. The pool was great with that brilliant view and plenty of chairs and sunbeds to choose from.
