Very nice hotel, with great interior decor. The included breakfast was among the best I ever had. Not only a large buffet selection but a a la carte menu to boot. The location is close to restaurants. But you are also close to the docks so it can be a little noisy.

The lounge offered a very culturally diverse breakfast bar or you could order from the breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts.

Every single member of staff we met were extremely professional, kind and friendly. Everyone made the effort to greet us and welcome us. The hotel facilities are fabulous, we loved our room; so luxurious and spotlessly clean! The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my partner and I have only good things to say about his hotel. The entire hotel as well as the rooms are super clean, the room that we had was very spacious with a big balcony. The staff is super friendly, and always here to help. Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are extremely friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and it was by far the most delicious breakfast I've had at a hotel. The hotel restaurant is a must for dinner, once again an incredible menu to choose from. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Couldn't believe it!

My stay was amazing! Room was fantastic with a seaside view. Very nice appliances. Comfy bed. Waterfall shower. The onsite restaurant was so delicious! Truly everything was made to perfection. The cocktails were great too! Super friendly and assisting staff. The lady at the front desk even gave us a quick tour upon check in.

Excellent experience, very nice and helpful staff. Accommodations are very new and the hotel is impeccably clean. Small town experience. The hotel is only 5 miles from old port and a taxi is only 15euros, bus is only 5euros for two people. Bus and taxi are directly across from hotel entrance.

Nice stay but strange location.

Very nice hotel, breakfast could have a lot more options to offer, it was the same thing each day and the hotel is located in odd area. One side you have an industrial factory and the other side the port. I guess it’s ideal for those that are getting on a cruise, but not ideal for those who want a ‘nice’ view and local to things. You’d have to hire a car or commute to get to where you get to. Other than that, lovely stay.

Very comfortable hotel with wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast. Unfortunately Expedia advertise the hotel as having a pool. This is incorrect as the pool is private which is therefore very misleading. Ideal base to explore especially if driving. There is a lovely beach about 20mins walk away.

We arrived quite late, about 10.30pm, but the staff checked us in quickly and the restaurant serves up to midnight so we had supper there. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff extremely attentive. The hotel is opposite the port, so not really gorgeous scenery but nevertheless we'd certainly stay there again. The hotel is of a very high standard and rooms have everything a resident would require, including parking. Highly recommended.

We knew the area was a busy Port and expected a bit of noise, but alot of drivers like to blow their horns when getting off the ferry which tends to be very early or around midnight. That apart, the accomodation was excellent. Across the road from the bus stop to Chania and a 30 min walk to Souda Bays beech. The breakfast was very good with a choice to cater to most. Fresh squeezed orange juice too. Would recommend!

We loved staying at this hotel. The modern, clean and comfortable facility had some of the friendliest staff we encountered during our stay in Greece. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were sad to leave them after 2 days. The hotel is not in the tourist area of Chania. It feels much more Greek. We drive into town one night for dinner which was 10-15 minutes the other night we went to a small town 10 minutes in the other direction and had a fantastic meal at a small Greek family run restaurant. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. The included breakfast was fantastic. This is a great place to stay if you have a car and want to experience life outside of the tourist Chania ghetto.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. There are both a bus line and a ferry that are easily accessible. The hotel is located in a walkable area with restaurant options, little stores, bakeries, etc. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, although more low carb options would be a great addition. I found it to be very clean and well kept. The property does not have a public pool, but there are wonderful beaches not too far of a drive away. They do have one upscale suite that has a small private pool. I really like this property, and the staff really makes this the very best place in my opinion. The owner of this property also owns other locations, some in the heart of Chania, if you like being in the city. If you call this property and tell them what you are looking for, they will do their very best to find the best accommodations for you at one of their properties. I love these people! I will continue to be a patron of theirs.
