Great service. I could not find a parking space but Edward found me one behind the hotel parked my car in a tight spot when I couldnt do it. The staff was very friendly. Very nice facilities and a great view of the ocean.

We had a wonderful experience and a beautiful view of the ocean. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel

This is a very comfortable and modern hotel that sits across the small coast road from the rocky shore. We had a nice seaview room with a balcony, where we could hear the sound of the sea against the rocks. The hotel has a full service restaurant. The only thing that detracted from our stay is that the hotel is currently cutoff from most of the town's restaurants and bars because the shore road is closed for construction.

Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean, bathrooms are basic. Pool area was lovely and nestled in the hillside. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping in the area wasn’t great. A visit to Cachagua to see the bird life is not far away and well worth doing.

Buena estructura, pero en muy mal estado: hongos, accesorios sueltos en los baños, óxido, pésimos colchones, toallas l deshilachadas, mini split no funcionaba, etc. personal ofrece el mínimo, mal servicio en general. La limpieza de habitaciones y áreas comunes deplorable, ni se diga el hoy tub y la piscina . No volvería.

El hotel excelente, bueno el servicio, rica comida y extraordinaria limpieza. el personal muy amable y con buenísima disposición. Sin embargo este portal para encontrar hoteles no lo recomiendo, me vendieron el hotel con IVA incluido, sin embargo cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que faltaba el IVA. Creo que este portal debiera ser más preciso con la información de venta

Not the best place to stay

The place is nice but the cleanliness is terrible. Towels and bed clothes dirty. The hot tube was dirty also and broken down since it was not really hot. For the price of the rooms, you can certainly get more vale at other nearby places with a Direct access to the Beach.

La vista impagable

Me gustó mi habitacion con terraza frente al mar. Habitaciones cómodas, con piscinas templada,la cual estaban reparando y piscina normal. No estaba disponible el hotube ni el SPA. Me hubiese gustado q las batas las dejaran en la habitación, ya q no había personal y tuve q retirarla de recepcion. Desayuno me gustó. Podrían tener bicicletas para salir a dar una vuelta.

Todo super bien, lo único que no encontré tan bueno es que no hay estacionamiento para cada habitación. Hay 4 estacionamientos techados para el primero que llegue y los otros son al aire libre.
