"First, this is definitely NOT a five star resort. Maybe 3.5 or 4 stars, but that is it. The facilities are getting very dated…we had holes in our walls, and the quality of the villas just wasn’t very good. The game room had broken pool table, only one pool cue, and there were no darts for the dart board. The majority of the restaurants were closed, which left us with the only options of a buffet, or Spanish restaurant for dinner. There is a bar, which stops serving food at 6pm…inconvenient...

"This is not a hotel. It’s a Homestead. I was just a small room, not even a desk or a table one wooden chair. We were there for eight days. They never once changed the linen on the bed. The bathroom was one of those small bathrooms, where everything gets wet. Also had a urine smell terrible smell."
