The Vinpearl Resort & Spa's facility is very beautiful, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, the staff are very kind and professional. Both my wife and I really loved to stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it.

I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. It has very courteous staff and all the modern facilities. If travelling with kids , this place has lot to offer. Located near to the attractions with free VinBus shuttle service throughout the day. If I visit Phu Quoc again, this will be my stay.

I had an accident and twisted my ankle, but Huyền Bella went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They provided a wheelchair and crutches, and even brought breakfast to my room. I’m very satisfied with their service.

We loved the massive swimming pool, the incredible gardens manicured to perfection, the beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Perfect for all ages. A courtesy bus runs every 30 minutes to and from Grandworld, only 10 minutes away, where you have the gonola rudes, many shops, cafes and entertainment. Vinwonders theme park and safari park next door too. Our room, garden deluxe (bottom category) was big, lovely balcony with outstanding view, a bathtub and very comfy king size bed. Breakfast included and it was tasty. A fantastic 5 night stay. Perfect

The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience.

The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Courtesy buses to everywhere were provided free of charge. A superb pool, nice bars and a great beach.
