The staff make this place amazing!

Honestly, the staff here are some of the most patient, kind, and generous folks you will ever meet. My only gripe is that the WiFi was very poor and caused issues when in virtual meetings. However, the staff were splendid and am happy to have stayed here.

Big room, very nice bathroom, friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was a little hectic with some guests pushing in. Car park privately owned so have to get ticket validated every time. Comfortable bed. Overall quite pleasant!

The breakfast was the best we had, but we did pay extra for it. It's a very nice place. I wasn't a fan of the elevator needing a key. That was a pain, but besides that, it was a great place to stay!

This was my first stay in Germany and the hotel was great, they served breakfast every morning and they were able to recommend great alternatives over the weekend. The staff also spoke English which was a plus for me.

Aircondition unit does not work. Called the reception disk. Told me to increase the fan. Its 74 degress in my room. We are sweating bullets. We open the windows but our room is facing the main road so road noise prevent us from sleeping soundly. Took 2 showers just to make myself comfortable.

Hotel de construction récente avec un magnifique désign intérieur. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Superbe salle de sport et sauna avec terrasse sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner était goûteux et varié avec des oranges fraîches à presser soi-même ce qui est vraiment un gros plus. Seul bémol: nous sommes arrivés juste après le départ d'un bus de touristes. A notre arrivée il n'y avait plus de viennoiseries (petits pains et croissants). Bien que nous soyons arrivés pour le petit déjeuner (8h30 un dimanche) les viennoiseries n'ont plus été réachalandés de la matinée. Autre point négatif: l'oreiller (trop petit et trop plat). Cet élément de literie est souvent négligé or c'est souvent lui qui procure la sensation d'avoir passé une bonne ou mauvaise nuit de sommeil. Quand on dort mal et qu'on se réveille avec un mal de nuque on ne garde pas un bon souvenir. Ce qui est dommage car pour le reste l'hotel a vraiment beaucoup d'atouts.

HORRIBLE Petit déjeuner, pas de couverts, salle et tables de restaurant vraiment sales et pas nettoyées après passage des autres clients, machines a café pas fonctionnelles, salade de fruits rouges sortie du congélateur ! Personnel complètement dépassé et pas disponible pour réclamations ! Peu de choix en général mais tout était vide sur le libre service, dès 8h00. Même si gros afflux de touristes ceci s'anticipe bien sûr au niveau de l'organisation, pas de surprises normalement pour le personnel...

Ich hatte den Eindruck erst gar nicht genügend Personal. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl ich mehrere Stunden weg war und das Schild draußen hängen hatte. Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Das war im ersten Zimmer dann bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer dort war der Safe funktionsfähig aber so verriegelt im offenen Zustand und dieser Umstand wurde auch nicht behoben obwohl ich die Rezeption darauf hingewiesen hatte und man mir gesagt hat man kümmert sich darum. Das Positive in den Rezessionen erwähnte frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht besser als woanders in derselben hotelkategorie. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und auch sehr ruhig. Die Beschreibung des Hotels hat mich das so verleitet dass man dort kostenlos parken kann. Es ist dir doch so dass 6,50 € pro Nacht für einen unbewachten Stellplatz im Freien berechnet werden
