Not Villavicencio. It's 40 Mins or $20US to/from

Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. I mean, truly amazing and relaxing. Beautiful pool. Fun game room. The problems: This is a long way from Villavicencio! 70,000+ pesos each way, to and from. There are no refrigerators in room now, since Pandemic. There are no restaurants nearby so after 9pm or so, suggest you have food in room. The large garden tub/jacuzzi tub did not have hot water. They told me there was hot water, but after being on property, they confirmed there indeed was not. Strange side note: No iron in room either. That was a weird thing.

Mejores tiempos en el pasado!

Es muy lamentable encontrar el grado de deterioro de lo que seguramente fueron unas excelentes instalaciones. La verdad no se por dodnde comenzar... Hace un aƱo, en Noviembre 2020 me hospede en este mismo hotel en compaƱia de mi familia, si bien es cierto encontramos algunas limitaciones por la pandemia, no fue nada comparable a esta ultima estadia. En el peor momento de la pandemia en la habitacion contamos con una nevera y cajilla de seguridad, cosa que al dia de hoy ya no existe y por razones de la pandemia segun el hotel, nos es muy dificil de comprender! Pero es realmente sorprendente el nivel de deterioro de las inatalaciones en general, las fachadas tienen un nivel increible de deterioro en su pintura y con grandes humedades y moho, las paredes de pasillos y habitaciones sucias y con manchas, increible en un hotel de esta categoria! Las tohallas sucias y sin agua caliente en todo el hotel! Imposible comunicarse con recepcion pues el telefono no funciona! El desayuno es realmente triste y presentado a sus huespedes con tristeza por un grupo de empleados que lucen canzados... Desde nuestra estadia anterior hasta esta ultima, nunca han funcionado los asensores, cuanto tiempo mas seguiran inoperativos? Es realmente palpable una situacion dificil donde el aselerado deterioro de las instalaciones hace pensar en la direccion que la gerencia quiere llevar al hotel. Me inquieta como bajo estas condiciones Wyndham permite presentar estas instalaciones bajo su nombre!

El peor hotel de Colombia

Es sin duda el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado y siento profunda vergĆ¼enza con mi familia por haberlos sometido a tan horrible experiencia. Resumen: una GOTERA cayendo en la cabeza de mi hijo a las 2 am, cerradura de la habitaciĆ³n daƱada (nos tocaba ir hasta la recepciĆ³n a solicitar ayuda), puerta del balcĆ³n daƱada (grave con un niƱo de 2 aƱos), la cajilla de seguridad nunca sirviĆ³, pĆ©simo trato de los empleados (en especial la recepcionista Camila quien era grosera y apĆ”tica y todo el dĆ­a andaba pendiente de su celular), comida muy regular (por no decir mala), aires acondicionad que funcionan a medias, cobran el servicio de sauna y turco (lo cual no lo anuncian en el proceso de reserva), no tiene agua caliente (supongo que tiene la creencia de que eso esta bien por tratarse de un hotel en tierra caliente pero lo deberĆ­an de anunciar antes de que el cliente haga la reserva)y si uno esta en el Ć”rea de piscina tiene que pararse media hora a que algĆŗn empleado voltee a mirar para pedir agua o algĆŗn snack. Creo que es una vergĆ¼enza para la franquicia hotelera Wyndham tener dentro de su oferta a semejante esperpento de hotel; o por lo menos deberĆ­an asegurarse de contratar a un gerente COMPETENTE y no como la persona que actualmente gerencia, que claramente cree estar gerenciando un hostal y en todo caso no esta preparado. En mi caso iniciarĆ© acciones legales contra este "hotel", pero ud que lee este comentario, CREEAME, no quiere someterse ud y su familia a esta pesadilla

Very nice gardens and pool, buildings need maintenance, elevators not operating, restaurant needs better service. Corridors in the buildings need earlier cleaning, lots of bugs and wet when raining (safety hazard).

Restrepo stay

Hotel that needs an upgrade or remodeling soon. Only good reason to go here is if you play golf. No water until 10pm because of some issue. Rented the bikes and they were in horrible condition. Mildew on outside balconies. Food was normal at best.

This hotel is located in a wonderful place. The nature is the best. It is not so far of the town but you can take a nice sleep. Staff is incredible and breakfast is so good. I do recommend it.

Falta un poco de limpieza como en las fachadas, el servicio de restaurante no es tan bueno debido al calor excesivo, podrian poner ventilador ya que el aire es prohibido por la pandemia: la comida es buena. Son detalles pequeƱos pero hacen la diferencia.

Entregaron tarde la habitaciĆ³n, y al recibir el cuarto no habĆ­a ni papel higiĆ©nico ni jabones por lo q tuvimos q esperar un buen rato para conseguirlos, el wifi no sirve para nada, el desayuno es pĆ©simo siempre una sola opciĆ³n -huevos- la verdad las instalaciones estĆ”n viejas y sin mantenimiento como conclusiĆ³n es un hotel muy caro para lo q tiene y esta sobrevalorado

El hotel tiene una deficiente administraciĆ³n. Mal servicio, los pisos son resbalosos tanto en los corredores como al lado de la piscina y mi esposa tuvo una caĆ­da, el campo de golf estaba en regular estado, los Cadiees de golf no tienen conocimiento del tema. El servicio es muy demorado. DeberĆ­an replantear el modelo.

El hotel esta bien ubicado. Las instalaciones son buenas, pero el mantenimiento es pobre. La calidad de la comida es regular. El hotel tiene un problema de seguridad. Perdimos un joyero que estaba en la habitaciĆ³n, y todo parece indicar que alguna persona entrĆ³ a la habitaciĆ³n y lo tomĆ³. Los encargados del hotel no se apersonaron para investigar el hecho y tratar de resolverlo. Yo tuve que investigar con directamente con el personal del hotel. No hay cĆ”maras en los pasillos de las habitaciones, y no hubo intento de revisar el registro de entrada y salidas a la habitaciĆ³n. La respuesta del hotel ante el hecho fue muy pobre, por no decir inexistente. Nunca habĆ­amos tenido una experiencia similar en ningĆŗn hotel en Colombia. No pienso volver a este hotel, ni recomendarlo bajo ninguna circunstancia.

El lugar es increible , el paisaje del llano es hermoso , el hotel tiene instalaciones muy buenas , lo unico malo fue el servicio, sus colaboradores prestan servicio un poco tosco, entendemos que la situacion no es facil por el virus pero la actitud es un poco deficiente.
