The hotel is really nice and cosy, it’s clean and it’s located at a quiet nice area in Rom. Unfortunately when I left I was charged twice the city taxes one time at check in and the other on check out. Is this normal ? Also when I was leaving the hotel the elevator was out of service and I had a heavy luggage the man on the front seat never offered me any assistance… appart of that I still recommend the place just be careful about these details .

The location was great near a metro station,the staff is awesome but didn’t get an upgrade I posted while there front desk called the room to tell me the room upgrade was 2 bottles of water that they left in the room for us.The room faced a very busy road it was noisy all day and night.

"Lovely experience and hospitality from the hotel. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. We turned up at 7am and only expecting to drop our bags but the hotel offered us access to the shower rooms within the spa area from 9am and also reassured us that they would try and check us into our hotel ..."
