"Beautiful room and hotel , very clean and comfortable. However the rudeness of the staff doesn’t make it worth it to me. When you work in customer service you’d expect that you’d get good service. Also doesn’t make sense that you have to come down to get your breakfast voucher in the morning when they could just give it to you when you check in. Barely a breakfast either I’d call it a snack bar with four options. Very disappointing"

"I've stayed at this hotel many times and it offers excellent value for money. It's in a good location with fast access to Toronto's main highways via the 427. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean, and all have a fridge and microwave. There are nearby shops and restaurants."

"I didn't get a duvet to sleep in. The room was extremely cold as there was no heater.
I got there and I was told to pay $150 (credit card) $300 (debit card) for future damage which will be refunded if there was no damage when I was leaving. I did not have my credit card with me so I had to pay $300 which I got back the day I left. I didnt know about this. Their wifi is extremely slow, I wasn't able to use it for my research. The bathroom one of the container for lotion empty.

"From my arrival to my departure, the hotel was fantastic. Very clean rooms, modern nice bed, nice bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding the front desk staff were great, very helpful, very kind and courteous the shuttle too and from the airport were exceptional. Shuttle was on time both drivers were kind, courteous and efficient."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
