The hotel is nice, no elevator though. When we first check in, we thought the service was bad, but we like giving second chances. We didn't eat at the restaurant, just snacked and drank. The service at the bar and restaurant was not great, except from the head waiter. He was really nice and attentive. We mentioned to him that the other employees' service wasn't great because they don't even pay attention to us. After that, the service improved, but not at the reception. The service at the counter continued to be really bad. They wouldn't acknowledge us, even if we're standing there right in front of them. The two employees there were talking at one point, pretending to be working. I heard one of them say something like let's continue after you take care of them, and the other one who was supposed to help us said, no it's ok. After a minute or two the second employee left and the one on the counter was just looking at some papers or in my opinion just pretending to work. After another minute, she asked if we were waiting on her, I said yes. Of course, I was waiting on her, why else would I be standing there. I like this hotel because of where it is, but the service I don't like, with the exception of a couple of the waiters. The cleaning ladies are also nice and do a great job.
