Staff were courteous and helpful. Laundry and room setvice were good. Replacements of toiletries was sub-optimal. Lighting especially in the bathroom was sub-optimal for shaving etc.

Avoid this hotel

Awful experience. The room Wifi was not working. The bathroom had only one towel and no toilet paper upon entry. The room smelled of cigarettes. I left the hotel after 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Hotel management did not approve it.

Though I reserved 3 weeks ago and paid, they gave my room to others and said they can’t find my reservation. They said they wanted me to go different hotel at 2am , then manipulated to find a room . It took almost an hour waiting at 2 am and terrible service

Quasi tutto il personale è stato splendido. Bravissimo il manager (che ci ha anche aiutato ad avere i letti singoli, come avevamo richiesto) e il personale delle pulizie. Poco disponibile la donna alla reception. La tv non è mai andata e il wifi non andava quasi mai. Abbiamo chiesto tante volte intervento per il wifi.

VGA summer trip.

Food was very good. Wifi was inconsistent, and not dependable. Bathroom lighting was sub-optimal, and water drainage was a problem. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Operating TV remote needs special expertise. Help was not prompt, when requested. Limited staff were trying to work hard. They were courteous.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was not able to use the wifi because it was not secure, but I had a friend with a hot spot...so it worked out ok. The only thing I had a bit of a problem with was the burning of incense since I have asthma issues with smoke. But I just left the area and it was ok.

Hotel Aira located in the business center of Benz Circle, Vijayawada is strategically located. The hotel room is spacious and clean to live in. Food in the Avista restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. The daily room service also exceeded my expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at Hoel Aira.

Hotel Aira stay in Vijayawada, India

Our visit to Hotel Aira in Vijayawada was a pleasant surprise. We had stayed at another hotel in the vicinity two years ago and this hotel experience compared far superior to the previous hotel. The complementary breakfast was generous and very wholesome in variety and taste. The front desk’s customer service was exceptional. The three day room stay was very neat, extremely comfortable and had all the amenities. Overall our stay was very satisfying.
