"Worst service ever"

"Overall good experience "

"The square footage listing for the executive rooms is wrong on the website. I estimate the rooms are in the 220-300 sq ft range. The room has individual air conditioning units which is good for controlling the temperature in the room. Lobby is on 2nd floor. There is a set of stairs to enter the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. "No receipt was issued for payment, No Parking facility, terrible staff, terrible place to stay"

"One of the best hotel in Andheri. The food here is amazing, very close to the airport and the hospitality is amazing."

"Our stay at the Lalco Residency was very good. The staff were very kind and hospitable, the food was exceptional and the cleaners were amazing. "Ram in reservation was very accommodating and helpful. All other staff at front desk, Banjara, and security staff were always courteous, polite and helpful. I will be staying there again."

"The room had a smell that was off putting and was unpleasant. The staff were friendly but the hotel taxi price was pricey and the driver was not well informed of the tourist spots. There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by "

"Tudo perfeito "

My room did not look remodeled as shown in the pics, but they did have remodeling in progress on the floors above me. I ordered room service on the 2nd night. The food was good but the bellman was less than hospitable and mocked my choices of food and movie that I had on the tv. Stayed for 2 nights, and when my colleagues arrived on the third night, they did not want to stay there. We had a corporate catering...
