Over all it's okay.Interiors are good, quite squeaky floor but it's okay.Worth the price, because it includes small buffet breakfast and it's near almost to all tourists spots and museum. The only problem that we've got is the noisy aircon and they don't have lotion which is I think should be included in the amenities. You can ride a tricycle or kalesa/chariot to tour you in the best spots in Vigan.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Security staff always available to assist. Hotel staff helped us with Partas bus schedule going to Laoag City.
Personnel were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great. I loved the longanisa breakfast. The proximity of the hotel to the major attractions is very helpful.

Stairs to go up , restaurant is so so. Great location. Towels are old and need to be replaced, room very small and no view
This property is located so close to Calle Crisologo, Nanang Sion's Empanada, Groceries, and the Plaza Square. Grounds are well taken care of. The AC in our room was not as good as the AC in the other room we booked, and our room size also seemed a bit smaller than the other room we booked (booked same time, booked same type of accommodation).
Pros: LOCATION! Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Upkept grounds. Small safe. Hotel honored request to have our rooms near each other.
Suggestions: Perhaps cabinet covers for the small closet space. A mini fridge in each room would also be a nice touch. Slippers for your guests (this was the only hotel we stayed in Vigan that didn't have it provided).
Going up and down the stairs is just horrible. Hotel staff are loud, noisy...talking all day, yelling on the hallway...you can really hear it in your room. I was not able to rest, sleep is always interrupted. Don't go there.

Other than a minor issue with the shower drain, our experience has been excellent and would happily recommend to future visitors to Vigan. Staff have been wonderful and accommodating making our stay very wholesome and relaxing. The breakfast buffet has been awesome treating us to the famous Vigan longaniza every morning!
Room was small but adequate and clean. Buffet breakfast was good also with the staple scrambled eggs and Vigan longanisa plus another dish - tocino, beef tapa, bangus, etc. Tandem parking in the their small garage was provided for. All in all a nice stay.
This is absolutely one of the most stunning of hidden gems we have ever come across. The hotel is reminiscent of colonial Spanish Filipiniana, a three-story manor complete with dark wood floors and capiz-inlaid windows. Our bedroom was spacious with two king-sized four-post beds. Then there was the bathroom. Previously at pretentious hotel/resort, a very dirty bathroom in dire need of repair marred our stay. Fortunately, Hotel Veneto de Vigan proved to be the much-needed oasis that we have been longing for. Their bathroom was simple and clean, and yet still spoke volumes of the level of professionalism that the staff has for this hotel and their customers. They provided each room with its own WIFI router and our devices were literally flying through the Internet. Our reservation came with buffet breakfast with the familiarity of longanissa, eggs, danggit, and other familiar Filipino fanfare. Each member of the staff had been pleasant and welcoming. They were all very helpful and congenial.
We were a minute’s walk away from Calle Crisologo, a small street seemingly trapped in a time when Filipinos were under the sovereign rule of colonial Spain The hotel is also within seven minute’s walk from Plaza Salcedo and all the shops and restaurants along the way.
This hotel is truly remarkable. I daresay it is comparable to family-owned gasthauses here in Germany and is the benchmark for all our hotel expectations the next time we visit the Philippines.
We were not expecting this hotel to be this nice but once entered it feels like home already. No problem with the parking so far. A walk away from the center of vigan and restaurants of course. You have caring staff. I would definitely come back and recommend your hotel to my friends. Thank you
The Hotel is good and the staff are very accommodating especially JR security guard who always provides assistance. The location of the hotel is very nice within city center and the food are great. I highly recommend this hotel if you will go to vigan.
We stayed at the hotel for about 12 days, the staff were amazing so friendly and always willing to help. I have children so they always tear up the room or spill liquids on the beds, the staff changed the bed sheets when ever I requested. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and their staff got to know us, they would bring use our regular items without us asking. They would entertain our children when we’re eating. I highly recommend this hotel it’s about a block away from heritage block and it’s close to all the site you need to see in Vigan City. Thank you again for your hospitality
Beautiful hotel in the heart of vigan great food. Friendly staff really enjoyed my stay there I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely stay there again
Stayed here just 2 nights such a beautiful hotel one of the oldest buildings in Vigan City. The hotel was very clean room very spacious and tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast in the morning. Only negative was WiFi in the room was rubbish
