"空港で荷物の受け取りトラブルがあったが、フロントでのAC電源のアダプターを借りることができ、助かりました。朝食は品揃えが豊富で良かったです。また、立地が良く、周りに多くのレストランや土産物店があり、非常に便利です。空港からのバス停も徒歩10分くらいのところにあり、到着が23時近くになりましたが、安心して徒歩でホテルに到着できました。"

"The staff lacks training , not courteous. The lady on the reception is rude. Only the evening male staff was nice and helpful. He seems to be overwhelmed though as he works as bartender, then customer service , receptionist at the same time. The hotel do not answer on messages. I've sent several messages prior to visit but no reply at all.I tried to call but nobody answer. Our group was also charge twice for our breakfast meal. It was paid upfront by my friend at the counter then I was charge...

"Great hotel with a very convenient location by the Danube River, the nearby train station is only less than 10 minutes walk. The sunrise view from the hotel by Danube was amazing. The food at OXBO Vienna Waterfront was delicious. Definitely will stay at this hotel when I came back to Vienna in the future!"

"Great location near the train station. Nice service and good value for money."

"Great hotel with the perfect location. Very friendly staff and helpful concierge"

"Central to everything, exceptional service and big room. Highly recommend "

"The air filtration system of the hotel is not good. They are allow people to smoke right near the door outside the main entrance. A lot of cigarette smoke gets pulled into the lobby area and then it flows through their air-conditioning. This is not like any other Marriott in the world. They really need to fix their air-conditioning filtration system so that it does not smell smoky"
